Juan Borrego

DVM University-CEU Cardenal Herrera, Valencia SPAIN in 2003. In 2008 he did an Internship in Medical Oncology at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, USA. He completed his residency in Medical Oncology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, 2009-2012 obtaining specialization by the American College of Internal Medicine in the specialty of oncology (DACVIM Oncology).

Founding member and Head of the Oncology Service of Hospital AÚNA Especialidades Veterinarias in Valencia, Spain. Since 2013 he is the director and founder of the Veterinary Institute of Comparative Oncology (IVOC). PhD in new targeted therapies in feline and canine mammary tumors at the Cardenal Herrera CEU University of Valencia, 2017 along with the laboratory of "Molecular Biology of Cancer" at the same University.

He has published in national and international scientific journals and lectured both nationally and internationally as well as being a reviewer for several international journals.
